If your purchase amount is HK $2,000 or above, the company will provide free installation & delivery service for Hong Kong only, exluding restricted areas.

To arrange delivery, you must provide delivery information and contact number to arrange delivery.

Delivery time

** If the order is confirmed from Monday to Friday before 16:00, it will normally be out of the library within 1 working days from the date of the arrival of the Hong Kong area (not remote areas).

** If the order is confirmed from Monday to Friday after 16:00, it will normally be out of the library within the next working day, and the Hong Kong area (not remote area) can be delivered to customers within 1-2 working days from the date of arrival.

** If the order is confirmed from Saturday to Sunday or public holiday, it will be out of the library within the next working day and within 1-2 working days from the date of the arrival of the Hong Kong area (not remote area).

Delivery Time Selection

(A) 11:00-15:00

(B) 15:00-19:00

1. When the order is taken, please provide the recipient’s signature address and contact number, and check the ID card when signing.
2. When the goods are received, please inspect the products on the spot, check whether the packing is intact, the type and quantity of goods are in conformity with the order, and confirm the amount data in the shopping receipts. Before signing, the customer cannot disassemble the packing box for inspection.
3. If the recipient can not personally sign, may entrust others to sign for.
